ALD Customer Service is part of your ALD pitcrew whose most important task is to clear problems out of your way and keep your car running.
Customer Service consists of a team of competent people who know your needs as a leasing customer. The team is always here to help with everything from ordering a third license plate and road trips abroad to extension of a leasing contract and fuel cards.
ALD Customer Service is always fully updated on the newest legislation and trends in the car industry, as the team continuously participates in various courses and meetings, for example at SKAT.
The Customer Service team at ALD is always happy to advise and guide you through phone and e-mail. The team takes care of all cases – also the ones regarding fuel. This includes both closing of fuel cards, billing, and ordering of a new PIN-code.
Short response time
At ALD Customer Service, our goal is that 90 % of all phone calls are answered within only 20 seconds, and we live fully up to that. As a matter of fact, a total of 93 % of all calls are answered within 20 seconds.
