ALD offers leasing customers a practical collection-return scheme when your company car needs servicing. If you order service via my.ald.dk, we will arrange all contact with the workshop. All you need to do is submit the order.
On the agreed date, the car will be collected before 10am at the specified address, and returned by 5pm on the same day. The car will also be washed and valeted when it is returned. For a few vehicle types, however, car wash is not possible, due to the car's dimensions. You should always book a service at least 5 business days in advance.
Servicing can only be requested at the vehicle's standard/prescribed inspection/service intervals, and there may be geographical areas that are not currently covered by our scheme.
A replacement vehicle can also be ordered, if required. The price of a replacement vehicle starts at DKK 250 (excluding VAT) per day and only applies to vehicles delivered from a ServiceLink dealer in conjunction with mandatory servicing. The price can be changed without notice.
You are also welcome to deliver the vehicle yourself. If you need to have the vehicle collected or returned at particular times, we will naturally seek to meet your wishes, as far as possible. Contact our Technical Department on +45 33 55 80 80.
